Token Validity
Subscription plan tokens are renewed monthly and do not roll over to the next month. One-time purchased token packs do not expire and can be used anytime.
Refund Policy
We support a 30-day usage-based refund policy. Unused tokens are fully refundable. Generated or consumed tokens are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Subscription Management
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings page or via the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
