• Sexually suggestive content including but not limited to undressing, suggestive poses, or NSFW material.
• Sexually suggestive or borderline content involving real or fictional minors in any context.
• Any adult content (18+) or sexually oriented material.
• Deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content of real persons without consent, designed to deceive or harass.
• Hateful, violent, or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups.
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have a license to use.
• Content depicting real-world violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Enforcement: All user prompts are screened through content moderation filters via the CREEM Moderation API before generation. Our platform utilizes AI models with built-in safety mechanisms that automatically refuse to generate infringing, illegal, or NSFW content. Prompts that are denied or flagged by our moderation systems will not be processed. Users may not attempt to bypass content moderation or generate prohibited content.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to monitor generation outputs for compliance.

4. Content Rights

You retain ownership of any audio files you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of generating videos. Generated videos are yours to use, share, and publish. You must have the rights to any audio you upload.

5. CONTENT SAFETY & PROHIBITED CONTENT

We maintain strict content safety standards for all media generated, processed, or uploaded on our platform. The generation, upload, transmission, or distribution of sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is strictly prohibited.

Account Termination: Any violation of our content safety guidelines will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account. No refunds will be provided for any remaining tokens or active subscriptions in the event of account termination due to safety violations.

Content Removal: M2V AI reserves the right to monitor user-generated content, input prompts, and uploaded media. We reserve the right to remove any violating content, media files, or prompts at any time, in our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Our service uses a token-based billing system and subscriptions. Tokens are consumed when you generate or export videos. Purchased tokens do not expire and retain their full value indefinitely. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are listed in USD.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a usage-based basis and are available within 30 days of purchase. If you have unused tokens remaining from your purchase, you may request a refund. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of unused tokens at the time of your request. Tokens that have already been consumed for video generation are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

If you have an issue with a transaction or subscription, please contact our support. We will respond to customer requests within 3 business days. If we fail to respond within this timeframe, our Merchant of Record (Creem.io) reserves the right to issue a refund on our behalf to ensure customer satisfaction.

Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings dashboard or via the Creem Customer Portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Disclaimers and AI Model Usage

mp3tovideoai.com provides a custom interface and enhanced functionalities built on top of various third-party AI models. This platform is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model creators. We provide access to these models through our custom interface and integrations.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or performance of the underlying third-party AI models.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms (especially regarding the Content Safety Policy). You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Data Retention Policy

For free users (non-subscribers), we enforce the following data and log retention policies:

• Media files (images, videos, audio, etc.) are retained for 7 days.
• Log data is retained for 30 months.

Data exceeding these periods will be permanently deleted. Please back up any important files or logs in advance.
