Refund Overview
Refunds are processed on a usage-based basis, are available within 30 days of purchase, and are processed within 5 to 7 business days. We aim to be fair and transparent with all refund requests.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you have unused tokens remaining from your purchase. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of unused tokens at the time of your request. Tokens that have already been consumed for video generation are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email us at support@mp3tovideoai.com with your account email and order details. Our team will review your request and respond within one business day.
Processing
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible. Promotional or bonus tokens granted for free are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse.
